Kaffeestunde is a weekly opportunity for German speakers to practice their German conversational skills while enjoying coffee and cookies provided by the German Department. Some professors offer extra credit for students who go, especially in the introductory series of German classes (GERM 1010-2020). Faculty members also attend Kaffeestunde; it is a great way to get to know the department better.
